Returns & Shipping
We at YSG Tailors want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty item, we offer returns and exchanges to make sure you get what you paid for. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges for full-price items that are in good condition, or for items returned due to a change of mind.
Returns Under The Australian Consumer Law
You are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for items purchased online from the YSG Tailors online store. You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
- It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- It has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about them
- It is significantly different from the sample or description
- It is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- Is unsafe
We will not offer a refund, replacement or online store credit if:
- At the time of purchase, you were made aware of the damage or defect in the item; or
- You have damaged, misused or altered the item.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. Our customer service will access it and given approval; we will provide a return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the faulty item, we will issue a refund or exchange as per your request.
Conditions for Returns:
Please note that we will only accept returns and exchanges for faulty goods that are in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the fault. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Sadly, YSG Tailors does not currently provide international shipping.
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the purchase date. Please contact email@example.com with any questions about your order dispatch.
We use Australia Post as our courier of choice. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and size of the item and the destination of the shipment. Tracking will be sent to the mobile and email provided in checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during the shipping process.
Once we receive the faulty item, we will process your refund within 48 hours upon receiving the item. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you within 5-7 working days of receiving the faulty item unless discussed with our team.
